There are 2 lab Chatham trillion gems and few natural diamonds trailing down the band. The lab ruby trillions weigh .27cttw and the remaining diamonds are natural VS diamonds (.37 ctw)

The ring is cast in 14k yellow gold and is a size 5, it can be sized up or down within 1 size. 

The band 2mm's wide and the top measures about 11.5mm's.
