Sapphire Heart Cosmic Love - Flaming Heart Ring with Diamond Baguettes

The sapphire heart of your choosing will be set in the center of 2 tapered baguettes with tiny diamonds and a little hear detail on the band. Above the heart is marquise diamond surrounded by gold flames. The VS lab diamonds have a combined weight of approximately .30cts, natural black diamond tapered baguettes are also an option. The sapphire hearts are natural, each one is unique some have opalescent qualities and some are milky and some are both! 

For reference the orange sapphire shown in the photos is about 3.3mmx3.3mm's
