At SwankMetalsmithing, we want you to cherish your handcrafted jewelry pieces; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all designer packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct shipping address.
Secure Your Shipment
Carefully pack your jewelry in its original presentation box and place it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Send
Affix your prepaid shipping label or your preferred tracked shipping method to the package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Quality Review and Refund
Once our metalsmiths inspect the piece for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange confirmation within 5 to 7 business days.
